The work behind the conversations.

Research coverage

204companies mapped 208named contacts identified 191emails marked Verified

Research coverage includes active and archived CRM records at different qualification stages. Email verification reflects recorded status on 30 October 2026.

Recorded outreach

146first-contacted leads 289follow-ups recorded 10campaign human respondents 6.8%campaign reply rate

10 / 146 = 6.8% · Human replies within the initial-email cohort; warm-only contacts are excluded.

How these figures are measured

Company totals count CRM companies at different qualification stages. Named contacts include relevant people and referral routes; buying authority is assessed individually. Email verification is a dated CRM status, not current send eligibility.

First-contact counts are CRM lead/contact records with an initial email recorded, including unsuccessful delivery attempts. Follow-ups are recorded sequence stages, not a deduplicated provider-message count. Breakdown: 117 first, 94 second and 78 final follow-ups.

Additional response context: 14 unique human repliers across all sources. 5 campaign respondents had qualifying/referral evidence (3.4%); this includes earlier positive replies even if a contact later declined.

Meeting figures above use Muhammad’s latest confirmation and include all-source conversations. They are not a conversion rate for the first-email cohort. No closed-deal or revenue outcome is inferred.

Start with the actual opportunity

Unique Water's outreach concerned a Canadian spring-water asset and possible strategic opportunities. The audience and message needed to reflect that context.

The project focused on identifying relevant contacts, keeping outreach organised and helping interested conversations move to the founder.

Project scope

Muhammad Fiaz supported research, personalised communication and reply coordination through Marketing Fezzi. Unique Water’s founder led substantive discussions.

Researched businesses and contacts relevant to the agreed opportunity. Verified contact information and prepared personalised outreach. Managed approved email sequences, follow-ups and reply handling. Kept CRM records, next actions and reporting organised. Coordinated conversations and handed substantive discussions to the founder.

Research and outreach activity

The research database contained 204 companies and 208 named contacts. 191 distinct email addresses were marked Verified in the CRM snapshot.

The CRM records 146 first-contacted leads and 289 follow-up stages: 117 first follow-ups, 94 second follow-ups and 78 final follow-ups.

The campaign reply rate was 6.8%: 10 human respondents from 146 first-contacted leads. The current CRM scorecard excludes warm-only contacts from this campaign rate. Its all-source count is 14 unique human repliers, which is a different group.

Five campaign respondents had qualifying or referral reply evidence, giving a 3.4% qualifying reply rate. This records response history, including contacts who later declined; it does not describe five currently interested buyers.

The confirmed meeting results

Muhammad Fiaz confirmed three meetings held as of 30 October 2026, including the call that took place that day.

The result is measured as completed meetings. Later commercial outcomes were outside the measurement used here.

What this project demonstrates

Clear positioning matters before sending begins. Research and messaging need to match the opportunity being discussed, and referrals and interested replies need an organised handoff.

The case reflects the project's investor and strategic-partner scope. For another B2B business, the same research discipline starts with its own offer and audience.
