Research and campaign activity · 30 Oct 2026

The work behind the conversations.

Research coverage

83companies mapped 173named contacts identified 142emails marked Verified

Research coverage includes active and archived CRM records at different qualification stages. Email verification reflects recorded status on 30 October 2026.

Recorded outreach

99first-contacted leads 196follow-ups recorded 17campaign human respondents 17.2%campaign reply rate

17 / 99 = 17.2% · Direct human replies from the exact contacted address; separate warm inbound and replies from other company representatives are excluded.

How these figures are measured

Company totals count CRM companies at different qualification stages. Named contacts include relevant people and referral routes; buying authority is assessed individually. Email verification is a dated CRM status, not current send eligibility.

First-contact counts are CRM lead/contact records with an initial email recorded, including unsuccessful delivery attempts. Follow-ups are recorded sequence stages, not a deduplicated provider-message count. Breakdown: 74 first, 65 second and 57 final follow-ups.

Broader sending activity: the dated CRM audit records 320 business outbound messages, including warm replies and conversation traffic. This differs from the CRM sequence-stage count.

Meeting figures above use Muhammad’s latest confirmation and include all-source conversations. They are not a conversion rate for the first-email cohort. No closed-deal or revenue outcome is inferred.

The coordination challenge

Outreach for a metals and mining business involves more than finding an email address. Relevant companies and decision-makers need to be researched, the message needs to fit the opportunity, and interested responses need a clear next step.

The work for India Metal Corp focused on keeping research, communication and follow-through organised across its outreach activity. The historical scope included investor and strategic-partner conversations.

Project scope

Muhammad Fiaz supported prospect research, outreach and meeting coordination through Marketing Fezzi. India Metal Corp’s founder handled substantive commercial and investment discussions.

Researched relevant companies, contacts and decision-makers. Verified contact information and prepared personalised email sequences. Sent approved outreach and handled replies and follow-ups. Maintained CRM records and reporting so conversations and next actions stayed visible. Coordinated meetings and handed substantive discussions to the founder.

Research and outreach activity

The research database contained 83 companies and 173 named contacts. 142 distinct email addresses were marked Verified in the CRM snapshot.

The CRM records 99 first-contacted leads and 196 follow-up stages: 74 first follow-ups, 65 second follow-ups and 57 final follow-ups.

The campaign reply rate was 17.2%: 17 human respondents from 99 first-contacted leads. The IMC audit uses a conservative exact-address match and excludes separate warm inbound and replies from other company representatives.

The dated CRM audit also records 320 business outbound messages after excluding one test send. This broader provider-message count includes warm replies and other conversation traffic, so it differs from the 295 recorded sequence stages.

The confirmed meeting results

As of 30 October 2026, Muhammad Fiaz confirmed 15 meetings held and one additional meeting upcoming: 16 known meetings in total.

Completed meetings and the upcoming booking are shown separately so the result has a clear definition. Commercial deal and funding outcomes were outside the measurement used for this case study.

What this project demonstrates

The case shows a practical research and coordination workflow: identifying relevant contacts, maintaining personalised communication, handling replies and keeping the next step clear.

The workflow can inform other B2B outreach projects, with the audience and commercial objective defined for each engagement.
